Bedroom 2

Again I have a before picture from the sales literature.

This room just required painting plus removing the old fixings from battens over the windows as I wanted a different kind of curtain pole (when I eventually get round to it!!).  The fixing were interesting in the variety of screws I found.  Ha ha.  Very little surprises me about this house anymore.  Of course there was yet more wood filling, sanding and repainting of the battens.

And then I started painting.  Yes this is a bit bright (to say the least) but it is a big room and can certainly take a lot of colour.  Everyone that sees it for real loves it and says it is the best bedroom. I will tone down with lots of white

This room also has a very good view of Donnington Castle.

I decided that the room was too light in colour so repainted.  Just a couple of days work.  Here it is without curtains . .  and with.

And finally I have pictures on the walls and the furniture in.  This room is complete.

And so to Bedroom 3 (link) this may take some time . . .
